- Three to five clear photos help: face-on, side and full body, ideally in natural light
- Start with the enquiry form, then attach the photos in the email you send us
- Mention distinctive markings, your preferred pose and any date you are hoping for; a requested date is not a confirmed deadline
Workshop review and a personal quote
Our workshop reviews your photos, preferred style and complexity before we give an estimated making time.
- We may ask for another photo or clarify the size and details before quoting
- You receive the price, packaging and UK delivery charges, and estimated making time in writing before you pay
- Making time and delivery time are discussed separately; we do not promise one fixed turnaround for every pet

Your piece is made
After confirmation and payment, the workshop we work with makes your piece from the agreed brief.
- We pass your photos and agreed details to the workshop and coordinate any questions
- Any sketch, progress-photo or revision arrangements are agreed individually before you proceed
Completion and UK delivery
We coordinate completion and delivery using the arrangements agreed in your quote.
- Packaging, delivery charges and any final-photo arrangements are confirmed individually
- The estimated making time covers production; delivery time is separate
- UK delivery only. Packaging and delivery are extra and will be confirmed with your quote.

Starting prices: head from £119, 10cm full-body from £169, large full-body from £219 and rear-half from £49 (GBP). Packaging and delivery are extra. Your final quote and making time are confirmed after reviewing your request. UK delivery only.
